The Online Workshop offers email, telephone and fax support on any working day during business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Australian EST.

Extended support arrangements can be accommodated by request.

The Online Workshop operates a formal Request for Service (RFS) system which logs, prioritises, tracks and responds to, all customer requests.

Request Types includes:

  1. Problem 
  2. Query
  3. Useability Problem 
  4. Documentation
  5. Suggestion 
  6. Enhancement

each with an assigned customer urgency rating.

Work is currently under way to utilise the Browser Deployment Capability of SmartAsset itself as the basis for the RFS system, thus offering customers internet access for recording and tracking any issues they may have.

In addition to entitling a customer to these support services, annual support fees also entitle the customer to product upgrades, thereby ensuring that the customer enjoys access to new and improved functionality as it becomes available.
