He has a Mechanical Engineering Certificate, Ultimo Campus Sydney; Post Graduate Diploma in Maintenance Management, Monash University.

Geoff manages the business development marketing function for The Online Workshop and the new SmartAsset product.

Geoff was seconded to The Online Workshop from KDR Creative Software late in 2006. He was selected because of his extensive background and qualifications in maintenance management. This experience is expected to useful not only to his role as business development manager but also in his secondary role as consultant. Product and industry knowledge is essential in order to convince prospective business partners of the benefits in becoming involved with The Online Workshop and its software. Geoff is also currently responsible for the further development of the Chinese market by locating and appointing new business partners in the region.

Key Achievements to date are:

1. Responsible for maintenance budget expenditure exceeding $3million per annum at large cement production facility

2. Provided consulting and training services for FMMS prospective and existing customers

3. Assumed role of General Manager of KDR for 4 years during which time KDR acquired a new major customer in Alcoa (Australia) Limited.

4. Established new business partners in the Asia region for FMMS distribution in that area

5. Relocated to North America as KDR business development manager and generated sales of $2m.

6. Developed KDR's Rail Industry business culminating in KDR's winning an export award from the Australian Railway Industry Corporation in 2004

7. Recently signed the Chinese Mining and Metallurgy Association (CMMA) and the Chinese Electronic Commerce Association (CECA) as vertical market distributors in China.
